Fun Pharoah Faces

The past 3 rotations my 3rd grade students have been doing a cute project based on Egyptian art, symbols, masks and jewelry.  They created these fun mask and added embellishments-which we made our key vocabulary term.  I related the meaning to art and writing.  Students added glitter and sequins, which as the week has gone on has gotten messier and messier.  I do love how they turned out and seeing how excited the students have been to wear them and their jewelry.  Below are some of the kids with their mask on.
