New Lesson Plan Format

Hello all,
Yesterday and today I have been working on a new lesson plan format.  Which was perfect timing because in the faculty meeting the principal showed us what the new instructional model was going to require.  Let me say, it is a lot.  The older lesson plan model I created for my lessons is not going to be enough based on what I have seen so far.  So I have been drawing tons of tables and figuring out a way to make this easier for me this summer and next fall.  I am also working on an after instruction reflection template.  I really want something that makes it really easy to reflect on the quality of the lesson and student learning indicators.  I am hoping it will make planning future lessons easier.  Plus, it should serve as a good way to collect data from the students.  If anyone is interested in the template let me know, I will be happy to post it.
