I am having a very productive day! I finished a personal project while my fifth graders were painting their circle/tint pictures. I painted Christmas trees for my mantle. They are cut out of balsa wood and I saw the original on pinterest. I liked their simple design and thought it would make a great project with recycled cardboard, but ended up doing it for myself.
Also, at lunch I went out and mailed soup can labels to Elizabeth at Dream Painters. It was one of those moments where there is no line at the post office and you get in and out in a few minutes. I hope the rest of the day goes this well. Here are pictures of some finished soup cans.
